He enjoys the transcultural experience as he commutes between Europe and America and has worked with teachers in Madrid, San Francisco, and New York City. In Wilmington, he currently works with Dr Elizabeth Loparits and is excited to combine university experience with a conservatory background. As an educator, Luis collaborates with UNCW’s Community Music Academy and also coaches students in his home studio. An admirer of the many facets that the music world has to offer, Luis has recently collaborated on stage for the production Always... Patsy Cline, at historic Thalian Hall. He has also performed at popular San Francisco Jazz venues like Doc’s Lab, and Steinway Hall in New York. Luis is grateful for the support and recognition that he has received while in Wilmington and looks forward to continuing to connect with live and online audiences around the world to share the gift of music.
